The tool got rolled out. The training didn't.

AVT adoption has moved faster than governance has kept up. Most practices can describe which scribe tool they use. Very few can produce evidence that staff were trained on the consent, accuracy, and data-flow risks that come with it — which is exactly what an inspection or IG audit will ask for.
